OT-163 radio diagnostics and OT-171 two-pair setup checkpoint.

Two Heltec/Android pairs have bench evidence for protected BLE authorization, Snapshot/Ready, saved-owner reconnect, device-name and region readbacks, and automatic clock sync. The second Heltec/S24 pair also has accepted fresh pairing, a recognizable setup label and a durable device name. Periodic reconnect is implemented and physically passed on the retained original pair; the latest S24 app-only recovery reached Ready in 31.015 seconds. These observations do not establish phone-to-phone radio delivery.

Authenticated phone-to-phone messaging over LoRa is not yet implemented. The latest two-node benchmark reached successful third-message transmit and receive-rearm returns, then timed out awaiting its completion receipt; both original firmwares were restored and independently verified. The cause remains unconfirmed. Full reset-domain and pair-isolation acceptance, first-use and large-font checks, production launch, signed release and field testing remain open. The original control still needs the newer clock correction; true cold-power testing requires deferred battery access.

Exact Heltec memory profile accepted; the historical baseline stayed at 30%.

The 16 MiB flash and configured 2 MiB quad-PSRAM profile builds reproducibly with an exact partition layout. No physical unit was selected, flashed, or run. The newly separated V1 Companion and V2 Integrated release goals are not yet measured.
